In this first session, we explore what it means to find ourselves in transition — those unwelcome seasons when the familiar gives way to the unknown. Together, we look at the difference between transitions we choose and those that arrive uninvited, and we begin to notice the signs that change is already at work.

I share seven common indicators of transition: restlessness, shifting attention, loss of interest in the familiar, reluctance to return to old environments, changes in self-talk, altered experience of time, and the desire for different companions. You may recognize some of these in your own life as you listen.

The aim is not to resist these signs but to recognize them as markers of growth and change. Becoming aware of them can transform uncertainty into opportunity, and help us begin the journey with greater clarity.
